Shipping

Delivery Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Depending on the proximity of your shipping address provided, orders are shipped from either our UK, USA or ASIA warehouse. This way we ensure the fastest delivery to get you our Sholux!

We need 1-2 working days to process and dispatch orders from our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days to dispatch your order during peak periods such as Holidays, Black Friday & Cyber Monday.

We promise delivery within 30 days of you placing the order. If the product has not arrive to your designated shipping location by 30 days, please send us an email at (info@sholux.store) so we can help you track your order. 

For lost orders, defective or damaged products, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Order Tracking Number
Order Tracking Number will be sent to you after your order has been officially dispatched. If you have not receive any information within 3-5 business days, please email us (info@sholux.store) and we will help you with your order.

Return policy

Returns & Refunds (Late/No Delivery Made)
Our refund / return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refunds / Returns (Defects)
To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must first email us at info@sholux.store with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item after receiving the original package.

Cancellations
All orders that have been processed and shipped out are not eligible for a refund. If you want to cancel your order, do so within the first 24 hours of you placing the order. After 24 hours have passed since your order, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Items not received
We promise delivery within 30 days of you placing the order. If 30 days have elapsed since you've placed your order, please send us an email at info@sholux.store so we can help you track your order. We will do our best to locate the order for you and keep our 30 day promise.

If you have not received the item within 30 days, you have the right to request a new package be shipped out to you instantly. You also have the right to ask for a full refund. However, please note that before we issue a refund, we might require you to contact the local post office and communicate with them.

In many cases, the post office marks the order as delivered (because they delivered it to a location you might not be aware of). There are also instances of the post office incorrectly marking an order as delivered.


Lost or Stolen Packages
Sholux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sholux will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We typically only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@sholux.store.

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact info@sholux.store for the details regarding this process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
